Scope: 4 storey and parking building of approximately 120,147 SF for parking, loading, staff facility on parking level, freezer on ground floor, production on second floor and offices and dry storage on the third floor. The building is considered to be a high rise building as the total height of the building is close to 100’. This is one of the few high rise processing plants in North America.
